That’s what Fortnightly Coaching is for.

It’s the same depth and detail as weekly coaching - just with a little more space between check-ins, so you can apply, adjust, and build momentum at your own pace.

$50 per week.

HOW it works

We start with the same in-depth intake — understanding your training, food patterns, stress, sleep, and recovery.

Then we build your plan.

You’ll check in every two weeks.

That’s where we look at your data, review training feedback, and make necessary adjustments.

Between those check-ins, you’ll implement — knowing exactly what to do and why.
