This service combines performance-driven nutrition coaching with personalised programming delivered by Total Strength Training - giving you two experts, working together, each fully focused on their lane in order to support you.
You get complete support, without your training or nutrition ever becoming an afterthought.
$110 per week.
HOW it works
You’ll complete a single seamless onboarding that covers training, nutrition, lifestyle, and goals in 1-1 calls with each coach.
From there, you’ll receive:
Individualised programming through TST + access to their strength resources
Fortnightly nutrition check-ins with detailed feedback
Access to both resource platforms (training + nutrition)
Direct contact with each coach for their area of expertise
Ongoing alignment between coaches so your plan stays cohesive and supportive
