We start with a deep-dive intake — your training schedule, food patterns, recovery, stress, sleep, everything that makes up your world.
Then I build your initial strategy — designed around performance, not restriction.
From there, you’ll check in every week.
You’ll get written and video feedback, data reviews, and adjustments based on how you’re feeling, performing, and recovering.
We’ll look at everything from macro trends to sleep quality to stress response — the full picture that actually drives performance.
Between check-ins, you’ll have access to me for questions, pivots, and tweaks — so you’re never left guessing.
