That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching.
What you need in a high-performance phase isn’t what you need when you’re building stability.
So instead of cookie-cutter programs, I’ve built three levels of support — each one designed to meet you where you are and with what you need, without overcomplicating the process.
Weekly coaching
The most hands-on option — built for athletes who want weekly adjustments, direct feedback, and no lag between questions and answers.
If you’re prepping for comp, managing high volume, or navigating life and training simultaneously — this is where I’m in your corner every week, making sure the plan adapts as fast as you do.
fortnightly coaching
For structured progress with more breathing room.
This is ideal for athletes who already have a good foundation and want continued guidance without weekly oversight.
You still get all the depth — custom plan, data feedback, progression tracking — just with more space to implement between check-ins.
hybrid coaching
For athletes who want both nutrition & programming — without sacrificing quality in either.
This option combines performance-driven nutrition coaching with personalised programming from Total Strength Training.
The key advantage: you work with two coaches, each focused entirely on their area — instead of one person trying to split attention.
1-off strategy call
For athletes who need clarity fast.
This is a single, 60-minute deep-dive designed to solve one problem or refine one goal.
